Employee performance appraisal is very necessary to know the skills or abilities of each employee. carried out at Human Resources Development Agency still require employee evaluations for The purpose this study was determine using Analytic Netwoek Process and Rating Scale methods, where ANP used weight criteria sub-criteria with result weighting ofthe namely: service orientation, Integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation sub-criterion, being friendly, completing work quickly prcisely, working properly, honestly regularly, well even though not supervised by leadership, have goog characte, loyalty, responsibility, do delay work, never go absent without clear reasons, are able togather colleagues, like help colleagues who in trouble, communicate well. While methods has different values, employees highnest lowest Rosniari, M. Arbi Suroso, Muksin, Hj. Rohayati, Syafruddin, Dame Hasibuan, Ilham Fadly Masdalifah.
